Port Charlotte is located about halfway between Sarasota and Fort Myers, perfectly positioned to offer every manner of water-borne activities. The New SUNSEEKER RESORT is scheduled to Open in January 2020. Sunseeker is a new luxury development in Port Charlotte on the Port Charlotte Harbor. It will include 22 acres with a variety of Hotels, Restaurants, Taverns, a 1,000 Foot Long Pool,  the largest in North America, and 720 New Condos. Port Charlotte also offers affordable housing, homes on the water leading out to the Gulf of Mexico, and homes with larger lot sizes. I-75 is conveniently located to travel both North and South to other local cities.
